Presentation and objectives
To train the participants in the methodology of the 5 S, as a structured method to conduct a cleanness and tidiness campaign in the company. The aim is to improve working and safety conditions, the working atmosphere, personnel motivation and efficiency to improve, in turn,  company quality, productiveness and competitiveness.
