In a constantly evolving market, training is a key tool in helping companies to accomplish their growth and positioning objectives. If we want your team to develop or participate in a given business project, we have to be sure that they have the knowledge and skills required to do so.
Distance training is the result of the adaptation of positive attendance-based experiences to the distance format, with a view to facilitating access to training for companies and people that seek to update their knowledge or learn new job skills.
The contents have been approved and evaluated; this project, together with the painstaking approval of each one of the programmes by professionals with great experience, either in the business setting or in teaching, means that the quality and applicability of our programmes are very high.
Distance training provides:
- Professional retraining with the comfort of distance training.
- Training according to each participant's time availability, thus guaranteeing great flexibility for organising the training schedule and timetables.
- Learning in tutored and authorised fashion, which makes it easier to take in the course subject matter and apply it in the workplace.
- Desing courses in company.
Methodology
The distance training programmes have been designed with a dynamic approach to promote and implement the practical knowledge and skills acquired.
The design process included an exhaustive analysis of the problems and situations of the future participant in the workplace, and each programme has been structured with these needs in mind, which means that the programmes are 100 per cent business-focused.
Each programme has been structured as follows:
- Content of the program or manuals geared towards the conceptual development required by each subject or area of knowledge.
- Exercises and practical cases.
- Participation in forums and chats.
- Virtual classes in real time from the PC.
- Monitoring and tutoring by the teacher and tutor.
- In addition, the tutor may recommend additional reading that contributes to the quality of each one of the programmes.
